• Do your packages come at a certain time because I've had packages stolen before so I need to know if I should periodically check my mail.

• How long does it take to deliver my order?

• How long should it take for it to get to US from Australia?

  Delivery to the US only takes 2-6 work days please visit our Shipping page for complete delivery times.

• I'm interested in buying one of your starter kits. Will there be a customs charge for sending it to my country?

  We're unable to advise what duties may apply in each country as it is being determined by your country's customs. So far we've not heard any from our customers, but it's best to check with your customs service.

• My order is missing. It's supposed to arrive 2-6 days ago.

  In most cases, customs clearance caused a delay in the delivery. We advise that you give 2-4 work days leeway for your customs to release your package. For complete delivery time, you may visit our Shipping page.

• Will you provide tracking for my order?
