Are nuts on the tiger oak Tenors supposed to come off?
Typically the strings hold it in place, and we use a tiny spot of glue to secure it. -

Do the ukuleles go through a setup before they are sent out?
Yes, the ukes go through a good setup, so they have low action at the first fret and 2.5mm to 3.0mm in height at 12th the fret to make it more comfortable to play. -
Using the Bondi tuner is easy, follow these steps and you're off to playing your favorite jam: Clip the tuner onto the headstock. Choose the C mode. Start by plucking the string while adjusting the gear until it turns green.

How long does it take for my ukulele string to settle in?
Brand new strings can take about a few days to a week settle in after installation. You’ll want to jam with your uke and tune it a couple of times a day, and also stretch the strings to help them settle in. -
The width at the nut is 1-3/8" (35mm) with 10mm string spacing at the nut and 40mm spacing at the saddle
