Common Questions
-
Do you have left-handed ukuleles?
Yes, we got you covered. You can see our Left-Handed collections by clicking the link.. -
I am interested to know if the employees of the manufacturer also have fair working conditions?
We do our best to ensure all our employees and factory workers work in fair working conditions and that employees are treated respectfully as any human being should be. -
I got your starter kit and can't seem to get the tuning of G string right.
We don't pre-stretch the strings, so it's normal that they go out of tune the first few days. Give it time to settle in, jam with it as often as you can. If you're still having an issue after a few days, shoot us a message and we'll be so much happy to assist you. -
I live nearby in one of your warehouses, can I visit so I can test the uke?
Though it'll be awesome to see you in person testing our ukes, our warehouse is not suitable for customer visits. If you have any questions that aren't on this page, you can shoot us a message anytime using the text box below the page. -
If you're comfortable playing right-handed, you should be okay. Some lefty players opt to get left-handed ukes even though they can play right-handed as they find more natural. Go with what you think works best for you.

I'm new to ukuleles. Any suggestions on what uke should I get?
There's no "right size" in choosing your first uke, we have starter kits available in Soprano, Concert and Tenor size but we suggest beginner players to start with concert size ukes as this will give them room to grow. -
I was just wondering where your ukes are manufactured?
We have workshops in various countries such as Japan, Australia and the US where we're getting some sample production done. Currently, our main factory is in China, with our in-house luthier and a passionate team that has decades of knowledge producing great quality ukuleles. -
I wondered if a stand was included in the box?
The ukulele stand is not part of the starter kit, but we love giving out gifts. And much as we want to surprise all of you, due to shipping limitations, some bundle might not include a "free gift". -
I would definitely want to see photos of individual ukes available. Is this possible?
Definitely! We can email you the designs we have in stock so you can choose your favorite uke. Each pattern unique for our Spalted Maple, Ziricote and Ripple Koa models. -
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If you wish to convert the price to your own currency, let us know and we'll arrange an invoice for you. -
